What is patented?
- 1. Special designed linear audio driver for industrial Trench Mos Fet Transistors who are not used for audio applications. They can be find only in switching power outputs solutions.
- 2. Uses of Trench Mos Fet Transistor in special condition of work were it has low internal resistance (couple of milliohms) and unbelievable low dissipation within boundary 20°C to 40°C. This results in very small dimensions of output stage and possibility for use loads below 1Ω.
- 3. Way of parallel matching and connecting of many Mos Fet Transistors
We must mention also:
- Build in individual protection for every Most Fet.
- Balanced input build with only two stages.
- Specific preamplifier output design with no degradation of output signal when master potentiometer is connected (this degradation is due to input condenser in classic amplifiers).
- Existing of master feedback which depend solely of input signal (up to 150kHz) and local independent feedbacks for Mos Fets control (up to 1MHz).
